Acceptable Reasons for Returns:
There is a fault with the product(s): If you receive a product with a fault, please take photos of the issue and send them to us. We will investigate the issue and replace the faulty product if necessary. We will also arrange collection of the incorrect mats on a suitable collection date.
An incorrect product, whether this is the make, model etc: If you receive the wrong product (e.g. wrong make or model), please take photos of the issue and send them to us. We will investigate the issue and send a replacement at no cost. We will also arrange collection of the incorrect mats on a suitable collection date
We Cannot Accept Returns for the Following Reasons:
The customer ordered incorrectly: As all orders are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect orders placed by the customer. However, we can provide replacement mats at a charge.
Please note:We are accepting returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be in the original condition, unused and undamaged. If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
For Emerald Mats:
- We understand that when you order Emerald mats, you expect a perfect fit for your vehicle. That's why we take extra care in ensuring the fitment is accurate. Before we start processing your order, we'll send you an image or a paper template upon request to confirm the fitment. We do this because platinum mats are thicker and more expensive than our other mats, and we want to make sure you get the right product.
- Once you've confirmed the fitment, we'll begin processing your order. However, if you experience any issues with the fitment of the mats after confirmation, we cannot be held responsible for providing a credit or replacement. This is because the template was initially confirmed by you, the customer. We recommend double-checking the fitment before confirming to avoid any issues.
